Prioritising Emiratisation
At Abu Dhabi Airports, we see Emiratisation as integral to our sustainable growth and development plan, and recruitment and retention of UAE National talent as vital to our success.

To achieve this, we have implemented a comprehensive Emiratisation programme which extends to a wide spectrum of roles across our portfolio of airports and subsidiaries.

Our goal is to achieve an Emiratisation rate of 50% by the end of 2015.
Our current Emiratisation level of 63% within our senior management and executive team is testament to this commitment.
